Returns

At autoGT, we strive to deliver premium quality car care products.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The request is raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product is unused and in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Used or partially used products

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery


Return Process

  1. Share your order ID and issue details via WhatsApp or email

  2. Provide images/videos of the product for verification

  3. Once approved, our team will guide you with the return process


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

  • Refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI


Replacement Policy

In case of damaged or defective products:

  • We offer free replacement instead of refund (if preferred)

  • Replacement will be shipped at no additional cost


Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

  • In case of damaged or incorrect product, return shipping will be covered by us
